Designing an email system is a complex endeavor, yet I successfully upgraded the entire marketing email's appearance. This involved revising the typography layout and various components, and developing a new system that allows readers to quickly scan the content. Additionally, I created a Best Practice Deck to share with all communication teams, providing a comprehensive reference for the desired appearance of Tesla's external emails. Categorizing these emails into three tiers further streamlined the collaboration process.
